PPTP VPN on a Cisco RV160W

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my config. I have setup PPTP VPN with the appropriate User group to allow access. My client is the built in windows client for PPTP. I can't get the client to connect. I there another firewall or routing issue I need tp config. I am able to ping the IP address, just can't get the VPN to work. I have tried IPsec and OpenVPN as well and they are not working either. I previously has a Netgear router setup and the VPN worked fine.

I have a similar problem, the log on the router sow the following: 

warning	vpn	pptp: Warning - secret file /etc/ppp/pap-secrets has world and/or group access
warning	vpn	pptp: LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

Please try the following step-by-step guide for configuring PPTP on the RV. It is for the RV34x but they share the same configuration settings.
