ProtectLink Web issues

Hello,

I recently started using this service and I have a couple of issues with it:

1) Even the IP's that are in the 'approved clients' list can't connect to blocked sites such as mail.yahoo.com, facebook.com

2) I have a couple of websites in the 'approved URLs' added as 'keyword' entries (for example I added just XYZ if the domain is XYZ.com) and it doesn't work. It loads XYZ.com perfectly but abc.XYZ.com isn't loaded...

Web Reputation feature is disabled as I saw that some people reported that it messes up things (?)

I have a RV220W router.

I would also like to add that if I set the HTTP ports to 80,443 it will block sites that are on the allowed URLs list. But if I leave it to port 80 only it will work...

Also, for example I have 'facebook.com' blocked as a keyword. When I try to access http://facebook.com the firewall blocks it as intended but when I go to https://facebook.com it just loads the page normally...

It makes sense to filter port 443 for https as well but why does activating that port filtering messes up with the allowed URLs list ?

Someone please help out as this is a frustrating problem.
