We have a RV016 VPN Router at my office. We have configured PPTP accounts for our customors to connect to our office.
Similary, one of our customers have a RV042 VPN Router. We are granted with VPN Client Access(using Quick VPN client) to their router.
When our customer has successfully connected to our office using the PPTP account and working, if we try to connect to their VPN router at the same time using our Quick VPN Access, it doesn't work. The inbound(from our customer) and outbound(from us) using the same gateways.
Could some one shed some light on why it is happening this way? Why only one side can connect and other side can't connect ?
