Dear all,
I have an error message when I'm trying to add a service definition (from the Acces rule interface):
When I click on the "save" button, the popin say "Critcal failure: please contact support"
The service I'm trying to add is the following one: TCP/10051-10051
I was thinking that there was a limit in the number of custom services we can have and so I've tried to remove one of the previous to set this one, but this have not solved this issue.
I've also tried to backup and restore the router configuration but this is not also solving this issue.
Do you have any idea to fix this issue?
Do you know exactly how can I getting support from cisco? I've found many links but none of them can help me to contact them through email / phone or chat.
My RV325 release is a v1.1.1.06 (2013-12-06, 11:02:37)
Kind regards
David

Hi David,
We don't have a known issue regarding the services under Access Rule.
Please contact Cisco Technical Support and open a Ticket, and our engineer will help you on this
