We have a UC 320W and 4 Cisco IP Phones 303. Is there a way to configure the phone or the router to automaticaly redial an external miss call with the 9 on the front? When I redial the external call without editing the number with 9, it goes to Auto Attendant.
Also, how can I configure the router, so that I can call from an external line to only one specific extension? I know there is a configuration on Inbound Calls, but do I need another telephone number for it?
I will be gratefull if anyone can help.
