Our several offices are linked by RV260 VPN Routers.
We also have individual VPN accounts set up for ShrewSoft access when our consultants are traveling.
On several recent occasions, our home office router has 'forgotten' the password for VPN accounts.
The VPN account must then be deleted and recreated to restore functionality.
Firmware is current. We have checked and made certain to save changes and to backup the running config to startup config.
Has anyone else suffered this issue? What is the fix?
