A new customer of ours has this RV 320 that has two ISP connected to it. (The main ISP Comcast Business and then a fail over ISP Century Link.) This router was setup by another company incorrectly (Internet speed are extremely slow and it does not fail over to the other ISP) and the customer does not have the password so I cannot check the current configuration. So I will have to go there and reset it.
What is the best way to configure this? Can I use the wizard? The Cisco is the DNS server and may be the DHCP as well. I will not know until I go to the site. I would also like to setup the VPN as well.
Please let me know the best way to accomplish this or what I need to watch out for?
Thank you

Hello Tommy_Toot,
You can used both, wizard and manual configuration without any problem. For DNS configuration on the DHCP settings (LAN), by default is on DNS PROXY but you can select STATIC DNS or DNS FROM THE ISP option.
I would also recommend you to keep the latest firmware version 1.4.2.19

Was able to configure the router and it worked ok, but after I updated the firmware to the latest version and now it will not login into it. Forbidden error.
I tried with multiple Browser .. Same error. Cannot log into the router.

I have the computer on the same IP scheme. I can ping it and I get the web login GUI screen.
When I enter in the username and password I get the message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ssi.cgi on this server.
Thank you

Hello,
Ok pease try as follow https://192.168.1.1:8007 or http://192.168.1.1
If this does not work, a firmware recovery might be needed.
