RV016-G5 stopped working just after 2 days.

I just got a new RV016-G5 to act as a load balancer for my company's leased line and ADSL. After working for 2 days suddenly the LAN port start to lose connections. The links to workstation goes up and down.

After 2 hours acting like that the whole router freeze up. Powered it off, disconnect all connections (all LAN and WAN) and when I powered it up again, all ports light up even when ports are not plugged in. Powered off and on but it't the same.

Please advice.

What version of firmware are you using on the rv016?

Try reflashing the Firmware/ Factory Reset/ And reload your configurations back on the device.

Did not get the detail but it's version 3 and above. Got a glimpse of it when I was playing around with it. Tried the reset to factory default by pressing the reset button for 30secs while power up but still the same. All ports still lights up.
