RV016 - Unknown Admin password

There is a Linksys RV016 router setup at my workplace. I need access to the webmanagement interface however the default password is not working. (Username/Password: admin/admin) Is there any way to obtain the login information without performing a reset of the router so I do not lose its current configurations?

Hi David, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for your inconvenience you are having, if I understand well you have the default user and pass, please try to use a different browser such as Mozilla, i.e 9.0.

You can try admin/admin or cisco/cisco, if you cannot access I am afraid you need to perform a factory reset to gain access and configure manually.
