RV042 Connection refused - Policy violation

Hi there.

I will really appreciate any assistance here.

I have a RV 042

Firmware version :    1.3.13.02-tm (Jan 28 2011 18:39:04)

Using Dual Wan

First wan is directly connected to One ISP (IXP1)

Second wan is connected to a Wireless router who is then connected to another ISP (IXP2)

router IP : 192.168.1.1

Recently,  I noticed that interent browsing is very slow. When checked directly  with ISP connected to PC, the speed is normal but behind RV the  performance decreases.

I tried to check the Log, and to my surprise, I see thousands and thousands of this.

Within seconds, there are tons of this.

I have checked my system with Anti Virus, Anti Spyware, no threat found...

Then I browsed and found this post

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2075444

so I reconfigured, reset and updated firmware of RV042 but the problem is not resolved.

Can some expert check this issue and assist.

Thanks.
