RV042 dual wan router, WAN won't re-connect after interreption, require manual connect or need to restart the router

Hi, 

I just purchased RV042 dual WAN router and configured with two PPPoE isp connections. When both ISP are up the router works fine. If one isp goes down and later comes up then it won't automatically reconnect. I have the latest firmware installed ,Firmware Version : v4.2.3.09 (Jul 2 2018 14:38:22), 
and also I have Always On checked with both ISP's. 

Can you please help me to rectify this issue
