Unfortunately, there is a global setting for the router mode and gateway mode and the setting is for the entire router.
However, im not sure if your needing like a passthrough for one of the wan's, if that is the case, the Rv082 has a transparent mode for one of the wans to pass through the wan without being firewalled.
