RV042's Gateway To Gateway VPN, "one way traffic"?

I have two RV042 devices, with a gateway-to-gateway VPN that is sucessfully connecting.

All devices at the B location can connect to all devices at the A location, but no devices at the A location can connect to devices at the B location.  Even going to the Diagnostic web page on the A router, and trying to ping addresses on the B side will fail (whereas doing the reverse will succeed.)

Given the tunnel is "successfully" connecting, I would think connections initiated from either side should work, as data is obviously flowing both ways for any traffic initiated from site B.

Both routers are "new" (bought within the last month) and have been upgraded to v4.1.0.02-tm.

Any suggestions to check/try would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Nick

Nick,

You want to run packet captures on each side of your tunnel to verify that you are sending a receiving packets. This will confirm that it's a problem with the end devices. It could be firewall related or 3 party anti-virus programs. If you think it's possible router settings you can give us a call @ 1-866-606-1866 open a support case and we can review tunnel settings and test them.

Thanks,

Jasbryan
