I purchased a RV042G yesterday and why is it that the content filter under firewall settings blocks some websites that I specifically add, but others that I specifically are not block even though the website is specificed in the forbidden domains list? Example it blocks www.facebook.com but it permits https://myspace.com/ even though its in the forbidden list.

Hi Tim, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. Here I found other forum explaining why is not possible to block HTTPS, basically the router is not able to block the access to the web pages that has this port.

I got it working now. Actually all you need to do is enter the domain name and not https or http and it will block them correctly. So once i entered "myspace.com" instead of https://myspace.com it worked. This also corrected other URLs that wasn't being correctly blocked.
