RV042G hung in firmware update

I attempted to update the firmware to v4.2.3.10_20191004 and it appears to have failed.  The router is now unresponsive to admin portal.  System and DMZ lights are green, Diag is fast flash Yellow and ethernet port 1 is yellow.  I have tried to power cycle and also tried factory reset.

Hi,

The router appears to be unresponsive - tftp just bounces back with the
instructions like the interface is not open. Additionally - reset appears
to do nothing.

If the DIAG LED flashes quickly, that indicates there is an error, probably on the image. The mentioned firmware you tried to upgrade, just released day before yesterday. So there is not much feedback we got about this as of now.
