After initial setup and install, router worked as configured. A few weeks later, changes to the configuration needed to be made to accommodate new equipment on the network. The web UI page displayed, but no matter what credential used (configured credentials or default credentials), we couldn't log into it. After manually rebooting the device, it reverted to factory defaults. After loading a previously saved configuration and rebooting successfully, we could log into the router successfully and all configurations were operating normally. This happened 2 additional times over the course of 8 months.
