RV110W reset probleme. Help me pls.

Hi. Pls help me. I have a RV110w router what I got from my brother. I wanted to reset this router, but when i push the reset button(10s) the power led he started to blink. I cant connect this router, and ever blink the power led. The internet and Wi-Fi does not work. It's been flashing for two hours and no answer. Sorry, i have bad english.
