RV110W VPN Don't work

Hello!! i have a problem with the product, I'm configuring the rv110w to setup a VPN with the default settings and then i make users for both (QuickVPN and PPTP), when i make a vpn connection from a computer inside the network (with windows 7, just for test) this works, but when i try to make a connection from outside doesn't work, do i have to make simple port fordward 1723 to the router vpn server??.

and a second question, just OpenVPN works with this or i can use AnyConnect for android??, i need to setup the vpn connection in my android too.

If my android device is the network using my wifi, can connect to VPN corectly but when i try to connect with 3G doesn't work, the same with my desktop PC

.

When i try to ping 10.0.0.1 (VPN Server Address) i dont get an answer.

If i may ask, did you enable remote management for VPN?

Now i enable Remote Management.

But doesn't work.

Adding more Logging options (Notif, Info) now i can see what is the problem.

That was using 3G, then i try with a different wifi network and it works.

I think that was the 3G connection because there is a time out in the service so i can't connect with 3G to VPN.
