Hello, I have a problem with firewall rules. If I set some rules for open communication and some for closed, so I cannot reorder from the end to begin.

Last rules are at the end of all. So I can only reorder in one pages.(I have about 33 rules = 3 pages of rules)

Please rapaire this in next firmware.

Thank you very much

John

Are these rules Blocking (Deny) rules?

Yes, they blocks. But I have some rules for blocking at first 10 lines and next for allow connections. If I want to add some for blocking, it is at the end of all rules and I can't reorder from the end to other blocked rules (see attachement).

Thank you for a reply.

Hello Jan, this is a known issue on firmware 1.0.3.10

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/csbr/rv120w/release/notes/rv120_rn_v1_0_3_10.pdf

CSCty01349 Issue—When the Access Rules table contains more than 10 rules, the reorder function

may not work.

Workaround—Delete and re-add the access rules in the desired order.

It's not only in 1.0.3.10 , it's also in the version before that. I noted though that sometimes after a boot the reordering is OK again. You can check the current order by saving the configuration and then look at the line like:

fwPriorityMap[2]["PriorityStr"] = "95,96,97,98,99,100,101,102,103,104,105,106,107,"

The numbers are FirewallRules[xx]["_ROWID_"] = "107"  entries, you might reconize form the settings around those lines/

At least you know which will not work, or that the boor has reordered them.
