Well, the title is pretty self-explanatory, I guess.

Occurs at least on 2 firmware versions (current latest and the previous one). Did factory reset a few times, no luck.

Hello EnemaBandit,

I hope you are doing great.

I would like to know the following:

  • What is the firmware version is affected?
  • Do you see any adverse behavior surrounding the logs?

After checking some documentation this seems to be related to SNMP, so if you are not using SNMP I would like to ask you to call us to 1866-606-1866 so we can open a support ticket for you and investigate further.

Thanks in advanced.

Regards,

Hello, Jorge

Regarding your questions

>>    What is the firmware version is affected?

1.0.3.44 (it was on 1.0.3.28 as well)

>> Do you see any adverse behavior surrounding the logs?

I'm not sure for 100% that it is related, but also the router seems to overheat terribly sometimes (to the degree I can't hold my finger on its bottom) and client connections stuck.

And of course I use SNMP (to monitor basic parameters, speaking of which - CPU usage is quite low almost all the time).

I don't use VPN tunnels.

Hello EnemaBandit,

Thank you for the information.

I was checking and we do not have any bug related to this issue so far so I would like you to contact us at 1866-606-1866 so we can open a support ticket and better assist you to find out what exactly is going on.

Note: I understand SNMP require more resources than the normal, and it should be ok but still we would like to investigate further on this scenario.

Thank you for contacting cisco support community.

Regards

Ehm... Is it really necessary in 2018 to make an international voice call to open a ticket?
