RV130W spec and set up questions

Does the RV130W support gigabit speed from ISP? Is there any reason to have both a RV130W and a RV130KNa?  I am not sure how to use the USB port. Is it just for programing mobile devices? Will it work with tablets and cell phones? My purchase came with a cd, which seems not to work. It seems to take me to a website and then sit idle . thanks for your help
