RV132W IpSec VPN Site to Siteh

Hi, I Have configured several RV130W VPN site to site, but I cant do with an RV132W to RV130s, in the log show problem with /var/ipsec   *.conf and *.secret,.
I Traied

Firmware is updated

Reset to Fatory default was traied

But the same message

Hi,

Have you verified that you are choosing identical options for both routers? (eg. Group 2 on both, MD5 on both, etc.)

Yes, identical options.

Tried with multiple config, but same error on these files.

the problem is when vpn start:
