RV132W No Internet Connection

I bought this Router to replace my current wi-fi one and have set it up as per the manual. It does create a wifi network internally, but it cannot connect to the internet when I connect the RJ11 (Router) to the RJ11 (ADSL) line. The Internet LED is solid red and all other LEDs are steady green. Is there a configuration or setting I am missing?
