RV134W Won't open RDP port 3389 / 3390

Hi,

I have a customer with SMB needs, he rely on remote RDP access. With the old Dlink cheap router, everything was ok.

With the new RV134W, the 3389 port won't open. Do you think it's a security feature?

I have created a Service for port 3389

i have added two access rules to enable traffic in booth direction

I have added a Port Range Fowarding From port 3389 to 3389 on local RDP Machine.

When i check online, the port is still closed.

Very strange,

I have rebooted the router and it worked for 1 hour and now it's down again.

Update. I have rebooted the router again and it's seems working.

Same problem again,

The ports are now closed again. After one week of this working great.

Do you know what can cause this problem?
