Need some professional help as I can't resolve the problem myself. I'm not a professional admin or network engineer, just supporting a small office network.
Purchased a Cisco RV160-K9 V03 about 3 weeks back, have upgraded to FW 1.0.01.03 just after purchase. The problem is IPv6 can not be routed.
The ISP's modem is HUAWEI B525s-65a 4G cellular, the RV160 is just behind it. ISP's HUAWEI works good, it receives its IPv6 2001: addresses. When I connect an isolated Windows PC directly to LAN side the PC receives all the addresses and gateways like (just numbers as my OS language is not English):

The gateway and DNS are generated out of the LAN MAC address of the HUAWEI.
When I connect the same PC to the LAN side of the RV160 the router does not assign any global unicast 2001: IP addresses to LAN clients.
I tried DHCP for IPv6 WAN side, I have the following status:

The gateway and DNS are generated out of the LAN MAC address of the HUAWEI.
However I have different gateway at my PC fe80::xxxx:e2ff:fe57:fbf9 which is generated out of LAN MAC of the Cisco.
DHCP-PD is on. Default route like ::/0 - fe80::xxxx:ecff:fe28:7f28 - 256 -WAN is on. No special Firewall rules or static routes are enabled. I could ping any LAN fe80:: or WAN 2001: addresses from the diagnostic window at the router. But I can ping the 2001:999:60:xxxx:f00f:ec28:7f28:2/128 and fe80::xxxx:e2ff:fe57:fbf9 only from LAN. I can't even ping the gateway fe80::xxxx:ecff:fe28:7f28 provided by Cisco. I have just one VLAN and I tried all combinations of settings: Manual prefix and prefix from DHCP PD, EUI-64 and manual suffix, DHCP v6 on and off. No result.
I also tried SLAAC for WAN. Yestedsay I had:

where the author showed the method of sharing DHCP-PD prefix from WAN side. However the FW 1.0.01.03 does not show the feature, it shows "unavailable-(WAN)". I tried to enter the /64 prefix from the ISP manually but the router does not accept it. And the author also claimed the IPv6 has stopped to work after FW upgrade.
It seems the router can't route the LAN traffic to the gateway fe80::xxxx:ecff:fe28:7f28.
So CISCO or professionals please help to solve the problem.
