RV215W Port forward stops working

I have a RV215W at a client location and for the last year or so I'll get a call because the service isn't reachable anymore, a restart fixes it for a few weeks then I get another call.  I'm on the latest firmware version of 1.3.17.

Is there a solution for this device?

 - Try port-range forwarding instead (instead of single-port forwarding)  , check if that helps.
