RV215W problem when change defaault LAN ip address range

Hello Experts. I have an issue with the brand new Cisco RV215W. When i ping the default LAN ip address (192.168.1.1) of the router RV215 W from my pc i get 1ms. As soon as i change the LAN settings (e.g 192.168.10.1 ) the ping will rise up to 10ms. I dont have any other devices in beetween and i have tried different cables , laptop).

What's its software version? Lets have a look at the current issues on your version. First thing I would try is to look for existing bugs.

I  have tried many firmware versions, same  result.
