RV220W - Error: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error

Hello Guys

Error message appears during the SSL VPN thin client installation.

I got a pop-up containing the following message:

Error: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this issue??

In the windows event viewer there are the following  tree messages:

1st message:

CoId={12AF2975-19BB-4219-A007-C810160B9604}: The user EU\xxxx has started dialing a Dial-up connection using a all-user connection profile named VirtualPassage. The connection settings are:

2nd message is:

CoId={12AF2975-19BB-4219-A007-C810160B9604}: The user EU\xxxx is trying to establish a link to the Remote Access Server for the connection named VirtualPassage using the following device:

Server address/Phone Number = 0

Device = Virtual Passage SSLDrv Adapter

Port = ISDN26-0

MediaType = ISDN.

and finally the error - 3rd message:

CoId={12AF2975-19BB-4219-A007-C810160B9604}: The user EU\xxxx dialed a connection named VirtualPassage which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 651.
