RV260 and PPTP fails

On the advice of Cisco, we are replacing our RV320s with RV260s.  The initial install went well, then came the details.

We had been using PPTP protocol for Windows 10 access to our LAN when traveling.  This does not seem to work on the RV260.  We get a long message on the Windows machine that says the username/password is incorrect or a protocol is being used that is not recognized by the  host.  Any help will be appreciated.

We have tested our old Surface Pro side by side with our new Dell laptops.  The Surface pro is able to establish a PPTP tunnel, the Dell Laptop is not.  There is some chatter on the internet that Dell misconfigured the laptops but Dell support techs don't have a clue.

The is also some chatter that Microsoft recently changed their default configuration of Windows 10.  Microsoft support says that they supplied all of the necessary information about the change to Cisco and Cisco should be able to solve the problem.

At the end of the day, we cannot use our new laptops in the field.  We are waiting on Cisco support to call back.
