RV325 - Cellular Modem - What Am I Doing Wrong?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong in trying to get my Verizon UML295 working on the RV325. I've tried the settings I've found online, in these forums, and from Verizon directly. Nothing works. Followed manual instructions, nothing.

The modem works on the laptop, it gets all the happy lights I need when plugged in to the RV325, but no USB light on the RV325.

What am I overlooking?

The below link is a previous post on updated  compatible dongles. If yours is not listed i would like to recommend to open a support case to possibly add to list. Hope this helps!

Hello,

Here is a link to a VOD that I made and I used a similar Verizon modem. The USB light does not come on when the modem is connected to it.
