Hi Sir / Ma'am,
Hi guys could you help me resolving my concerns regarding routing.
Currently I have 2 routers 1) RV325 and 2) TPLink WR840N
My ping coming from 200.100.50.0 cannot pass through 192.168.100.0/24.
I tried different config, but still no luck.
I hope you guys could help me.
Thanks a lot.....

Your issue is at the WR840N. You didn't say what the IP address on the WAN port of the device was, but based on the diagram, you are being blocked by the Firewall/NAT on this device, which is the separator between the LAN segment and the WAN port. Being a router with a firewall, each host on the WAN side needs to know how to get to the 192.168.100.0/24 network via routing table on the RV325
.
Disable NAT and Firewall on the WR840N, if possible.
Set a static route on the RV325 to the 192.168.100.0/24 network using the IP address of the WAN port on the WR840N as the gateway for that route.
The simpler option, if possible, is to use a LAN port on the WR840N connected directly to the RV325, disable DHCP and just having a unified 200.100.50.0 network.
Let me know if this helps.

Sorry the correct model is TL-WR740N
(Please see attached network config on TL-WR740N)

Please see attached of my routing on RV325

I need to implement different LAN IP on RV325 (200.100.50.0/24) and WR740N (192.168.100.0/24) for security purposes.

Set the gateway to network 192.168.100.0/24 to 200.100.50.100 on the RV320.
Disable SPI Firewall under Security/Basic Security on the WR-740N.
Save and reboot WR-740N.
Suggestion: It's best to have a Static IP address on the WAN port or the WR-740N. If the DHCP lease expires and it gets a different IP address, your routing table in the RV325 will have to be updated manually.

Chris

I went to the emulator for the WR740N and realized that there is no explicit option to Disable NAT. I'm not sure if disabling the SPI Firewall will also disable NAT - you will have to experiment yourself. I also didn't see an option in Forwarding to enable Ping to a specific host on the 192.168.100.0/24 network.
Your requirements of the WR740N may be limited by the factory firmware. 3rd party firmware with more powerful features are available for it.

Chris
