RV340 Firewall not blocking vpn access

Hi, i am having differents IPs trying to access throw my vpn. I set a couple of rules to block this addresses but keep loging trying to access, and firewall logs are empty.

This are the rules, deny All from those Ips

And this is one log from this morning, i have a couple of dozens or more...:

Firewall log is empty, the rule have cheked de log option.

since te traffic coming from WAN Interface, I would go specific to interface and deny - instead of any interface.
