RV340 VPN License

I have a small team of 20 odd users, we connect to a client software that require IP to be whitelisted, as users are moving due to current Covid situation hence we are facing the issue that no-one remotely can connect.

I am looking to get this Cisco RV340 and put it in office, then let the workers connect to this, so their IP change to my office IP, so they can connect to client Web app.

I want to know do I need to get some special license for about 20 odd people to connect at the same time?

I understand I can have an IPsec VPN that will connect users to this RV340 using CiscoanyConnect app.

is there is Mobile app as well that can connect to this RV 340.

I am very new to this so all the basic info will be appreciated.
