RV345 Automatic Updates Problem

When I press the "Check Now"button in "System Configuration -> Automatic Updates", I received following error:

"Get system/USB Modem/Security firmware information fail." See picture.

 

What could be the issue here?

Same error here but it's on an RV340W...

Mine has finally worked.  I did nothing different other than try the update every couple weeks and finally it worked.
