We recently moved to the RV345 from the 325, and having the same issue on firmware 1.0.03.20 as of this writing. It appears this may cause a disconnect on more than just RDP sessions, but frequently I'll be remoted into a site that uses one of these and making changes via its GUI, just about any 'Apply' other than the one to save running config to startup seems to cause disconnects for a few seconds, also appears to close other types of connections as well. Is there a setting that controls this behavior somewhere or is this just a bug? This gets super-annoying if you have to make several changes in multiple areas that have zero bearing on needing to disconnect active sessions. None of the previous RV units I've used behaved this way.
We also make use of RD Gateway on Windows Server, going through the RV edge router for an extra layer of h/w protection, and this kind of behavior disconnecting every user (even temporarily) is an annoying headache.
