RV345 Originating ip address between VLAN/DMZ

Hello,

We have a small business network with a Netgear device.

Now we are migrating to a RV345(1.0.01.18) with :

  • WAN1
  • VLAN1 : 192.168.1.1/24 (untagged)
  • VLAN2 : 192.168.2.1/24 (untagged)
  • DMZ : 192.168.100.1/24

In the DMZ, we have two apache web and ssd servers that filter the request based on IP address.

  • When the request comes from WAN1, the originating ip address is right.
  • When the request comes from VLAN2, the originating IP address is the address of the gateway 192.168.100.1 instead of the real VLAN2 IP address (192.168.2.x)

What is the configuration to have the originating ip address between DMZ/VLAN2 ?

Regards
Giles

It seems that the router is doing NAT between VLAN2 and DMZ.

Is it possible to disable it ?

I would not run 2 untagged VLANs since you can only have 1 default VLAN.  Make 192.168.2.0 tagged.  The other issue is 192.168.100.1 is usually your modem's web page access.  You might want to use a different IP.

I changed the 2 configurations : still doing nat.

I tried traffic between VLAN1 and DMZ : also nating the addresses.

I searched in the web console, I didn't find anything about NAT between VLANs and DMZ.

Did I miss something ?
