hi there, I got confused with the date on my license, can someone please explain how those dates work? every time I click on Refresh Licence State it changes to the current date as "Registered" and "Authorized". what are the differences between Registered and Authorized dates? the license expiration date is Oct 29, 2020.

The second question; happen two times, I could connect by RDP to the server but could not log in to the Router, it took for a while and nothing happen during this time some desktop internet was disconnected. any advice? could it be because of a Licence date or something like that?

"registered" means it is connected to your Cisco Smart Account and registered to it.

"authorized" means it found a valid license on this Smart Account

Hope this helps
