RV345P Disable web remote access

Greetings

I have a question for the group.  I failed a network validation scan for the credit card scanner that we use. I failed because the web remote management interface has a few vulnerabilities, self-signed cert, known java weakness. The quick easy answer is to just turn off the remote access interface. IF I need to turn it back on how would I accomplish this? Can I re-enable the wen interface from the CLI?

thanks in advance

Of course, You can disable and enable remote managment.

Yes. Inside LAN access will work.

You can use http and or https and set port for LAN access.

Default is https and port 443

Hi,

Thanks for your post.

Yes you can disable/Enable remote management in Rv34x router. And still get an access to Rv340 from LAN.

As for now Rv34x doesn't have CLI access.

Thanks and regards,

As for now we do not have CLI access available in Rv34x.

Re: RV345P Disable web remote access

We are working on many of the vulnerabilities by addressing the Linux kernel and libraries in upcoming sw releases.

You can re-enable the Remote Access using the local Web interface or accessing the router via FindIT Network Management.
