RV345P - license

I dont know what happened with this brand but for sure I got it !

I buy RV345P for my home , and I didnt know that is so hard to make it work : 

First take me one week and a half to create approve etc smart account with many emails and chat ,discussion with different ppl from Cisco ... And finally I succed to have an account .

This is to block porn from my kids , using web filtering , for ex .

And next wall was : I need a license lollll , ok lets get a license

O no is not so easy , you have to go to war , and maybe you can have it

I send emails I call cisco distributor .... Nothing ! nobody know nothing - 

ITS A SECRET ! and cisco want tell you how to get it 

what a hack is this brand for ? we soon go to Mars and they sell things like a secret society 

Ok So , if there is anybody that can help me with .

Hi from Australia,

When you do find a reseller for a single sale, make sure your 'Smart Account' user name is included in the order.

That way it will appear in your entitlements (Smart Licensing Manager) and you should be able to register it in the in the router.

If not, you can create a support ticket with Cisco and they will fix the disconnection.
