RVS4000 DHCP Internet Access

Hello Community! I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why my RVS4000 Router is not allowing Internet Access. It is DHCP enabled with starting IP of 10.10.1.50 and Maximum number of DHCP Users 100, thus 10.10.1.50 - 10.10.1.149. Users receiving IP from 50 - 99 have internet access, but anything above 99 has local network access only. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? The previous range was 50 and the I did reboot the router after changing the range. Any advice would be appreciated.

Jerry

Hello Jerry,

Can you check if there are any access lists configured and Internet access policy.

Thanks,
Prithvi

Prithvi,

That was it! The previous IT Director put in an Internet Access policy restricting it to IP .50 - .100. Thank you so much for pointing me to this. The problem is now solved!
