RVS4000 Firmware Failure

                   Following cisco-sa-20140110-sbd and the possible port 32764/tcp root-access.

After downloading the latest published version: RVS4000v2_V2.0.3.2.img and attempting to update the device from an older version I received the following error:

Upgrade file is not the correct type or version for this device.

Upgrade failed.

Please obtain the correct file and try again.

I also attempted these versions also with no success:

RVS4000v2_V2.0.2.7.img

RVS4000v2-fw-2.0.0.3-K9.img

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Gordon,

The latest firmware for version 1 hardware is 1.3.3.5.

The firmware to resolve the security issue is scheduled to be released by the end of January. Please watch the firmware download page for updates.
