RVS4000 - Inter-VLAN routing disabled not working

I have an RVS4000 version 1 with firmware 1.3.3.5.  I have two VLAN's setup:

VLAN1 - 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

VLAN10 - 192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0

Ports 1 through 3 are configured for VLAN1 and right now I have one PC connected directly to port 1 and nothing connected to ports 2 or 3.  Port 4 is configured for VLAN10 with a managed switch (also configured on VLAN10) connected to it.  There are 4 wireless access points connected to the switch. 

On the Setup->Advanced Routing page of the RVS4000 I have the Inter-VLAN Routing option set to Disabled.  Yet when I connect to one of the wireless access points and receive a 192.168.10.x address, I can ping the PC connected to port 1 which has a 192.168.1.x address.

That's not supposed to happen and I'm not sure what's going on.  Also, I would like VLAN10 to not have access to the Management GUI on the RVS4000.  Is that possible?

Hi,

With inter-vlan routing disable you shouldn't be able to ping other devices on other vlans but you will be able to ping all vlan gateways from any vlan and it will prompt for the user name and password. So make sure you're using a secure password.

Also make sure you running latest firmware on the RVS4000.

You shouldn't be able to ping any other device between vlans (I haven't seen any issues)

yes they will have access (prompt menu) from any vlan no way around this...(Secure password)

That is the way I understand the inter-vlan routing disabled option to work, but it's not.  I can ping the PC connected to port 1 (VLAN1) from a wireless device, which connects to port 4 (VLAN10).  I have the latest firmware for Version 1 models - 1.3.3.5.  With the inter-vlan routing disabled option set, I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting.  Any ideas?

Give a detailed topology view with subnet's info and ill recommend where you need to start.

Attached is a map of the topology.

VLAN1 - default

Router IP - 192.168.1.1

Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway - 192.168.1.1

DHCP Range - 192.168.1.100-149

Includes all untagged traffic on Ports 1-3 on the router

VLAN10 - Guest

Router IP - 192.168.10.1

Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway - 192.168.10.1

DHCP Range - 192.168.10.21-254

Includes all untagged traffic on Port 4 on the router

Inter-VLAN routing is set to disabled.
