RVS4000 VPN and Mac

We just setup the RVS4000 in our office as our router. We haven't setup any of the VPN features on it yet. I primarily travel with a MacBook Pro on the road, so I'd like to VPN back into my office.

My Mac is running OS X Lion.

We are on a Static IP at the office.

What do I need to do to get my Mac to connect to a VPN on the RVS4000?

Do I need third party software, or does the VPN clients built in to OS X work?

What are the steps I need to do at the router level to set up a VPN connection on it so my Mac can connect?

I've been browsing the manual, but I'm still not sure 100% what I need to do (good info in the manual though).

BTW, it's the V2 version I'm on.

Nathan,

Since you are using Mac book pro, you will have to download a third party software. Other customers i have seen using IPsecuritias.

Excellent. I'll check into that, and I found another app (VPN Tracker) that looks promising as well. Thanks for your help!
