Setting Up VPN

I have been using the WRVS4400N with the most recent firmware update, The things runs like a charm.

But:-

1. how do i go about settin up a vnp connection to use when am not home.
2. Can it support any other cisco VPN clients rather than just the Quick VPN..?
3. How can i connet to it throw ssl
