Site to site VPN on RV345, not coming up

I have 4 RV345 running 1.0.03.16 FW. I have tried almost all the settings on in the VPN settings on the router but it is not connecting. I have raised a ticket with Cisco engineer but they suggest one thing a day(annoying when you have already tried that setting they have suggested)

Please can some one help me please. 

Both sides have the same settings  except for the oblivious WAN and subnet swap.

 

Your help will be really appreciated.

This is now sorted, all my VPN are up and running. port forwarding was causing issue.
