spa2102 Adapter can't connect

ok so I know I did something wrong, and I need help undoing it.

In the WAN web server I disabled "Allow Remote Access"  and now it won't let me back in to the adapter to change settings

How do I get back in??

Once in I need to check why line 2 stops working. But have to get in first.

Please help, thank you
