SRP527W TCP Dump Option

Hi,

I upgraded the firmware to latest and apparently i've lost couple of options inlcuding TCP Dump in diagnostic as well as I cannot find how to disable/enable an ethernet port. Can someone please help on this ?

Hi,

Which version have you installed?  None of the features should have been removed.

Are you logged in with the administrator role?

Edit: I've found a URL as well which refers to the same option but I have only fewer options in Diagnostics now.

Hi,

It looks like you have downgraded your SRP527W-U-K9 product to the 1.1.x firmware release, which does not include those features.

Please install the latest 1.2.x release and you should see those features again.

How do I check if my device is U as the sticker and information just say SRP527W only.

What is the full product code from the sticker on the bottom of the device?
