We just bought cisco SRP527W router from Telstra. We have 9 wireless laptops and 1 wired desktop act as file sharing server. All of them can access to internet without any problem. However, none of the laptop can 'see' the desktop.
From laptop, we can ping this desktop, but is unable to access to its share files.
File sharing have been setup on this desktop and all laptops, it has been working fine with our old router. From laptop, we used to be able to see this desktop in network neighborhood, or open its share folder via running \\xxxxx\folder_name, but now these all are not working except can ping.
Is there any special settings I need to set on SRP527W router? or any firewall settings that prevents wireless network accessing to wired LAN is enabled by default in SRP527W router?
Router firmware version is 1.01.22 (VP003), DHCP is used, wireless network mode is set to Mixed (default), only one SSID is set. NAT is enabled.
VLAN1 'cisco_data' has all four ports plus SSID1
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
