How do I stop the rv220w from continuously rebooting?
I have been keeping track of when it crashes and reboots and here is what has happened today:
14/03/2013 00:26 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 07:28 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 11:14 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 11:31 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 11:47 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 12:11 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 12:18 manually powered off and left unplugged for 2 minutes
14/03/2013 12:26 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 12:44 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 12:59 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 13:14 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 13:48 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 14:13 crashes and reboots
14/03/2013 14:34 crashes and reboots
Less than 15 hours into the day and it has crashed 13 times already.
From reading other posts it seems I am not the only person with this issue.
I am using firmware version 1.0.4.17 and I have disabled everything under the attack protection section in the firewall settings.
Quite frankly, at the present moment the RV220W is not fit for purpose.

Hi Terry, thanks for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I saw you are running the latest software, I recommend you to perform a factory reset, before of this you can create a backup of your data, however if the problem persist, configure your device manually after the factory reset. If the problem persists, can you please reach out to our Small Business Support Center and open a Service Request to address this issue? One of our Engineers may be able to work with you and diagnose the root cause. You can find the appropriate contact information for SBSC in the below link.
