Hello. I'm hoping I can some help. The internet comes in from T1 via Cisco 1721 (leased by third party). This in turn goes to a switch and then to my ftp server and the RV082 with the rest of the network behind the RV082. Setting up the network was easy, but when I attempted to use QuickVPN I ran into a host of problems that I tried to deal with 1 by 1. I now get so far and don't know how to proceed any further. For brevity, I've captured a failed connection attempt and am including here with logs from the router and setup pictures attached.
I have downloaded what appears to be the newest QuickVPN client (1.4.1.2) and the firmware appears to be the latest version.
Firmware version : 2.0.0.19-tm (Feb 20 2009 15:15:20) |
Can someone help me get this thing up and running? I'm a hardware design engineer by occupation and while I can read instructions and search the internet pretty well, I'm at a loss at where to go from here.

I should also mention that I have called the 3rd party ISP and chewed them up and down about blocking ports and they swear they don't block anything.
I have tried to disable the Firewall on my local PC, but the domain policy doesn't allow that. Any other info I can provide (screen shots, setup info, etc), just ask and I will try to post here ASAP.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
Ron
Thanks in advance.

On the RV082 under the Firewall do you have Block WAN Requests disabled ? If not I would disable this and give it a try.
THANKS

Hello,
Yes, that was in a response when someone else had a similar problem and shown in the one attachment (general.jpg) I had posted. That's not it.
Thanks,
Ron
